English Language and Linguistics student at The University of Salford.

Currently delving into the exciting world of teaching!  I am learning about learning – and teaching, through ‘Taste-Teaching’ sessions at University. In these sessions we discuss the philosophies and practices of teaching as well as the many methods and techniques alongside social issues and the reality of a teaching career.

My blog is my continous thought process of teaching, learning and education as well as an area for me to think, write and document my experiences of TasteT.

I am primarily interested in adult EFL teaching, drawing on my specific degree skills; however I am also researching primary education to ensure I gain the best and most wide-spread experiences to enrich my teaching skills.  Phonetics and Phonology have aso grasped my attention and I am keen to study these fields further in the later yearsof my degree; perhaps progressing into Speech Therapy or Forensic Linguistics….

The world is my oyster!
